Pre-Order Shipping Time

MidnightMist – The Last Ride is a pre-order item. Each hearse is made in limited batches, so please allow 1–2 months from your order date for your order to ship. This timeline is also shown on the product page before you buy.

 

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow your hearse all the way to your door.

Delays

If your order won't ship within 2 months, we'll email you and you can choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund. During holidays and peak season, carrier delivery times may run a little longer.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us before your order ships. We can't redirect packages once they're in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos for damage) and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
